CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available to full time students, under 18’s and those on Income Support or Jobseeker’s Allowance.
There are no early booking rates for concessions or day passes.
Group discounts are available to overseas delegates. These can be requested at info@missionworship.com
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven days of making a booking or receiving the email confirmation (as there is no delivery of a physical product). In this situation you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after that time will only be available to those who are unable to attend the event due to illness.
A £20 deduction will be made to reflect admin costs incurred.
Any refunds applied for after 1st November 2012 will be given at the discretion of the conference director. Refunds cannot be applied for after the event.
Please be aware that tickets for Mission Worship 2012 are not sent in the post.
An email notification will be sent to you once your booking has been processed. Please bring this with you to Mission Worship 2012 registration.

FREE PLACES
20 FREE places are available to churches in Urban Priority Areas.
Please apply to info@missionworship.com and type ‘Urban Priority’ in the subject box of your email.
Up to two places for your church team can be applied for by your church leader.
STEWARDS
Stewards at the event receive a FREE place and the opportunity to attend some of the seminars. (Further information in the ‘General Information’ section)
